Miley Cyrus is moving out. The news didn't come out until this week but last April, she bought a 4,045 square-foot Spanish hacienda-style home in Toluca Lake -- just a few doors down from her parent's house -- for $3.4 million. Sitting on an acre of land, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a 4-car garage, a tennis court, expansive lawns, and a separate guest house. In related news, I paid my electric bill yesterday but I purposely put a check made out to the water company in the envelope hoping that they think I made an honest mistake and accidentally switched the two checks. I figure it should buy me at least another few days before they shut off my electricity.

Seems like the perfect house for a 17 yr old. Wonder who gets to cut the grass, ahem, Liam? Surprised at how much bigger it is than Billy's house. Thought Billy's house was like 11mil, but Miley's house looks so much bigger. Smart girl, to live so close to home, but have the entrance/exit on another street so she doesn't have to worry about Mom/Pop's wandering eye as to who goes in and out. I guess the guest house will be for Justin once he gets off his loser show.

She has worked for her money, and has done a wonderful job being a role model for young children as Hannah Montana. She is growing up, and ready to try something new. Why is she a skank? Yeah she is a teenage girl who has boyfriends. So get over yourself and stop being so judgemental.

I'm actually surprised at how smart this decision is.

Miley has made and continues to be a top dollar but yet she isn't going out and buying an $8 million dollar mansion that she can't afford like Mischa.
