I'm sick of hearing about her, she is a waste of oxygen, no tallent whatsoever. How long before she kills someone with her drunk driving ??

You know what? Her whole family is a bunch of losers! Her parents did not parent the way they were suppose to and this is what happens to your child! She is a child actress and makes all kinds of money until now, and where did it get her? Well, it got her in the slammer! What a hell of a life, and I blame her parents for all of it! People would love to have her money and all the fame and I guess by seeing all the crap she has gotten into, you wonder is it all worth it by having money? Probably not. I would rather be living with a weekly paycheck, then to get into drugs and alcohol anyday!!! So sad!!

Another "human being" that is driven solely by monetary gain. Our society has turned into an extremely selfish and evil place.

The tragedy isn't Lindsey - it's the people around her, so called "news reporters", photographers and any others that are creating ridicule for her, or gaining by her misfortune.

You guys want to laugh at her - I am sitting here laughing at you guys. You think that her problems are any worse than yours? They are not, I can assure you.

She's making extremely poor choices, yes. She has problems, yes.

With that said, take a look at these photos again - see the other people in her group? What part are they, and people like them, playing in her poor choices - they appear, like the rest, to be contributing to the problem just as much as anyone else. They don't want to stop "their" partying and having a "good time" long enough to help her - they are freeloading scum as much as her mother, siblings and friends are.

Her dad has tried to help - he gets laughed at.

It's unfortunate that it will probably take her untimely death before any of them see their part in this.

But the real tragedy won't be her death - it will be her mom, her friends, and her siblings, weeping at her funeral, saddened at their loss - that is the real tragedy.

I encourage her dad to step forward, despite the ridiculing from Dina's camp, and intervene - if not, this cannot have a happy ending.

I pray for this young woman - Jesus can save her life - even if her family won't.

Apathy running loose in the world - what is wrong with you people? This is a young woman who is making very bad choices, like we ALL have, in life - and desperately needs intervention from someone/anyone.

Anytime I read on a blog about someone that's an addict there is always somebody that says ."somebody needs to help them " Don't you understand that nobody can help an addict but the addict themselves..Even forcing them into rehab won't help unless they are ready . Ok,Sorry to have to write this about a fellow human being but i have to.

alot of you are right,this is a really sad case,i do remember this kid when she was young in television,child actors are just child actors(no one judges them right?)ok so let suppose from a young age this girl was told she was special,and just like the other child actor who when he grew up there were no more roles,so now this kig grows up and we all know by now judging from her work in acting,ie:herbee,i know who killed me etc,we know for sure she cannot act as an adult,ok so she inherits her child actor money at 18,a few sub par movies which she still gets paid for and so ok she's rich with no respect in the acting field.becuse of this she drowns herself in booze and drugs until she will die(probably young to).i read two things about her,her dad tried to instill religion into her soul when in the hospital(and to this day is concerned for her well being,while the mother denies she has any probems with booze and dope(lol)not really funny but you gotta laugh at that one,the mom is the money bloodsucker here,the father cares but can't stop her.she's 23 and washed up in hollywood,i feel bad for her and hopes that she leaves hollywood and dope/booze and gets her life back but not for hollywood.jg

I think it's pretty sad to see such a young girl lost and searching for happiness, it's definetly not in a bottle of booze or in a drug, it's also sad that no one seems to care enough, Some of these celeb's that have had the same problems and have found their way out should step up and help her like Brittney Spears, yes I believe she has to want the help but you never know, if that right person talks to her she just might want the help, instead of critizing her we should pray for a recovery for her, Lindsay don't give up...

She has been doing this way to long. Her career has went down like she is doing. Come on girl get it together. There's nothing wrong with a good time but to act like that is all you have to live for is wrong. The younger generation looked up to you at one time. This situation is heartbreaking. I don't think she is an idiot but I do think she is lost. I wish her parents would somehow find a way to take control of her and help her regain herself and image. Whitney mother did it, Gladys Knight mother did and Brittany Spears father did it when they were all adults, so we know there is a way. This young lady needs a rescue 911. How do we know she is drunk? She doesn't look drunk to me. Maybe the guy is carrying her out to get her through the crowd of reporters trying to get the newest dirt on her. It's so sad to see her embarrass herself every night - since she won't get help you would think she would at least try to hide her awful behavior to stop the constant talk about her! She has everything in the world and is simply throwing it all away - like that way cool ring she has on!!! Dippy girl.

If all the tabloids and gossip people only wrote bad things about me I might need a drink or two too and I don't even drink. in fairness, she would be able to cope with this much better if her delightful parents weren't spraying out every detail of her private life. like when the treasure that is michael lohan listed all of her prescription drugs in a tv interview? i admit that she's an adult and should be taking responsibility for her actions but sometimes it's family (or equivalent) who have to hold her upright for a few months.

This is one unhappy person. But, no one can help her if she doesn't want help. I don't really know anything about her life, but it does not seem as if she has anyone who really cares about her, or that she trusts enough to let them help her.
