When I first saw these pics, I figured Mischa Barton had finally given up on show business and started hooking. But then I read the description and saw that she's dressed up that way for an episode of Law & Order: SVU. Which is unfortunate because I had a bet with my friend Brian that Mischa would break down and start selling her body by January 20th. 50 bucks, down the drain. Oh well. I'm still holding out hope on my other bet. C'mon Britney Spears hijacking a bus full of kids and driving into the Grand Canyon by March 10th! *fingers crossed*
