At a table reading for Charlie's hit show Two And A Half Men, one of the producers asked Jon Cryer what he did during the holidays. Everyone started to laugh because they could tell where this was going, a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Jon gave a quick answer and the producer moved on to Angus T. Jones and after Jones answered the producer moved on and said, "Charlie, what did YOU do for the holidays?"

As everyone laughed, Charlie answered, "Well, I met Kobe Bryant's bail bondsman!"

And yes, the entire room cracked up.

This is really offensive. Charlie should be taking the opportunity to express remorse and help other people avoid similar situations! It's not easy, I guess, but people like Marala Scott manage to share their own difficult, tragic stories. Marala even uses it to talk about the 'Indicators of an Abuser' which, unfortunately, it seems neither Charlie nor his wife were ever familiar with. Tragic.

Charlie is a brave man. He stood up to the radical right wing and GWB. He told the truth about what happened on 9/11, how the government blew down the twin towers.

We need to cut him some slack. We don't know what his wife did to provoke him, or what physical attacks with or without weapons she may have made on Charlie.
