Shawne Merriman is suing Tila Tequila

In the days and weeks after falsely accusing Shawne Merriman of choking her (no charges were ever filed), Tila Tequila lost her midget shit and said all sorts of crazy stuff about the San Diego Chargers' star in the media and on her website. From her interview with San Diego 6:

“Jay — Shawne’s brother — manufactures ecstasy at Shawne’s house in one of his rooms,” Tila claimed. “Manufactures them just for Shawne so that it won’t show up in his blood test or drug test.”

Using her webcam at home on Thursday, Tila Tequila accused Shawne Merriman of being a pedophile and a racist.

“He sleeps with minors and forces them to take drugs. So he sleeps with these little girls,” Tila charges in her video. “He don’t even like black girls — he don’t even support black people — so I don’t understand why you support him.”

Pretty much the only thing she didn't accuse him of is killing JFK. Oh hey, whadduya know, turns out Shawne ain't too happy about her wild accusations. From TMZ:

San Diego Chargers superstar Shawne Merriman is suing his former GF Tila Tequila, claiming she lied about claims Merriman beat her up back in September in an attempt to ruin his career.

Shawne also claims in the docs that Tila admitted her lying scheme, at one time stating, "yes that is why I did a 'spin' now ... cuz now everyone is LOVINGGGG me."

Merriman isn't suing for defamation though -- instead he's suing for intentional interference with contract and unfair competition as well as trademark infringement ... because Merriman claims she used his famous "Lights Out" logo on her website. Merriman also claims Tila's accusations screwed up a deal to produce a line of T-shirts for Walmart.

I'm just throwing this out there in case Tila actually shows up in court to defend herself against this lawsuit: How much does it cost to steam clean an entire courtroom? Or would it just be easier to set it on fire when she leaves?

These little smut needs to get thrown in jail just to teach her ass a lesson in life. Her claims are so blasphemous that it is unbelieveable. Merriman has donated thousands of dollars to his former high school (which is 90% african american) and he also has run a winter coat drive for the poor every year since he was a freshman at Maryland. What has this skank ever done for society, other than probably give a couple hundred unsuspecting guys gonorrhea.

Well, you can't sue someone for filing a police report unless it had zero factual basis. And the fact he's suing her for the other comments means her lawyers get to root around in Shawne's closet for days to see if her statements are true.

PS: Tila is Vietnamese by descent; I think her parents left VN after '75.
