They were unable to reverse much of the unfortunate plastic surgery she had, so the odd chin, lips and nose are, unfortunately, permanent. Pity, she would've much prettier if she'd just let herself age gracefully; she was one of the few natural beauties before Dr. 90210 got his scalpel into her.
