Well, he owns the pub. It'd be like all of us drinking to excess at home: that never happens, does it?
Next time I will be in London (sometime in 2010) I will spend every evening in the Punch Bowl - last time I was too tired - and can hopefully meet him - YOU ROCK GUY!
