Thomas Dekker is under arrest

Actor Thomas Dekker (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Heroes) was arrested for DUI last night in North Hollywood AFTER HE HIT A 17-YEAR-OLD KID ON A BIKE. From TMZ:

The report explains that the victim was "ejected" from his bike and fell onto the street. Cops say he was eventually transported to a nearby hospital for minor injuries. Cops then suspected that Dekker had been drinking and arrested him for "DUI resulting in an injury to a party involved in a traffic collision."

Dekker was arrested and transported to Van Nuys jail where he was released early this morning on $100,000 bail.

In Thomas' defense, if this kid on the bike didn't want to be hit, he shouldn't have been riding on the sidewalk.

He is a well known celeb. Cut him some slack. Celebs and politicians don't have to live by and obey, the same rules/laws that the little people do. The biker should not have gotten in his way.
