Someone asked why women do this, go back to their abusers. It's because they have low self esteem, they don't love themselves and feel if they can fix someone else they will fix themselves.
The "fix" for a woman is the remorse and making up after the beating, someone once told me it was the only time she ever truly felt someone loved her, when the man was in his "this will never happen again don't leave me I will die without you and I will stop" both people are lying to each other but it's a sick cycle that repeats itself until on is dead, the other in prison.
If this story is true and she doesn't get counseling Chris Brown the sadistic pig who doesn't think he did anything wrong because she made him beat her, will be replaced by another man who will beat her - there is no shortage of these men or the women who enter these relationships.
