Once again (just like in the previous post with these pictures) - I'll mention that she was *******ONLY 17********* WHEN THE PICTURES were taken. A LOT of other sites have been forced to take them down.
The Exif (look it up) data in the original picture files clearly show they were taken in *****MAY and JUNE of 2006******.
Regardless of the date they were taken, this pics should not nor would not be shown at all if VH never taken nude photos of HERSELF.
She can hide behind her legal eagles and cry foul about being 17 all she wants but ultimately she herself is to blame.
She took photos of herself when she was under-age so that means she "had it coming"? It make it ok that some dirtbag spread them all around the internet? And some dirtbags still refuse to remove them from their site knowing she was UNDER-AGE in the pictures?
So because they exist gives anyone the right to post nude pictures of some-one who is UNDER-AGE?
No. . . . . HELL no.
They should me removed immediately from any site that posted them - even without prompting from her lawyers.

These pics would not be in existence if she had the common sense not to take them in the first place. She is doubly stupid for taking them because she was UNDER AGED.
Hell, VH was so proud of these pics she actually stored them for YEARS even AFTER her first nude scandal. She could have erased everything with format command.
She obviously does not regret doing nudes at any age. She is just pissed that there no $$ coming her way when stuff like this gets "leaked."
DAMN, she's beautiful. And I love that little "landing strip" of a bush that you can just make out in one of the pictures.
