Marc Malkin of E! claims the Vanessa Hudgens nude pics that surfaced yesterday might have been taken before her first nude pic scandal two years ago:

"She learned her lesson," a source said. "She hasn't done anything like that since the first ones came out. These new ones are actually old."

Either way, Hudgens isn't planning on issuing a statement the way she did the last time around. But what about tomorrow night when she'll face an army of press in Los Angeles at the red carpet premiere of her new movie, Bandslam? I'm told she's still planning to attend.

"She's not going to answer any questions about them there either," the source said. "She said what she had to say about taking nude photos."

Do me a favor. If the phrase "her first nude pic scandal two years ago" is ever mentioned in relation to my daughter, just go ahead and shoot me in the head and dissolve my body in a barrel of acid. Thanks.

Once again (just like in the previous post with these pictures) - I'll mention that she was *******ONLY 17********* WHEN THE PICTURES were taken. A LOT of other sites have been forced to take them down.

The Exif (look it up) data in the original picture files clearly show they were taken in *****MAY and JUNE of 2006******.

Regardless of the date they were taken, this pics should not nor would not be shown at all if VH never taken nude photos of HERSELF.

These pics would not be in existence if she had the common sense not to take them in the first place. She is doubly stupid for taking them because she was UNDER AGED.
