I think it's very sad. This is a person that needs psychiatric counseling. For one she's "morbidly" obese which shows she's unhealthy physically as well as emotionally! If I was the doctor she wanted to do the sex change operation I'd say no! I'd say first you have to drop 150 pounds and I need something from a psychiatrist saying that you're emotionally stable enough to handle a sex change and everything that comes with it!

The fact that a person has profound sexual identity issues, wants to have surgery to become a different sex And is morbidly obese, I'd want to as a physician make sure the person is emotionally stable and physically healthy before I'd operate.
