Duh that's just a trick of lighting, you can see what she really looks like by viewing the last three images. Yes, she's very fair, but those first images make her look chalky white, and that's not the case (that shade of skin would mean you are DEAD, not pale).

Newsflash - extremely pale people can't tan, and look strange with self-tanner or bronzer applied. The only bits of melanin she has produced the freckles.
