Disney darling Demi Lovato is showing disturbing new signs of cutting — a secretive self-mutilation ritual girls sometimes use to deal with traumatic emotional issues. A little more than eight months after shocking pictures first revealed Demi's scarred wrists, new photos of the 16-year-old leaving MTV's NYC studios are even more alarming. There now appear to be at least five nasty-looking slashes, where previously there were only a few.If I ever have children, they'll never work for Disney. Sure, they may never become as rich and famous as those kids, but at least there's less of a chance of them growing up to be insane, pregnant at 16, or even worse, married to this guy. No, the only way I'd let my kids get into the entertainment industry is if they were involved with a studio that, unlike Disney, shows a little more respect and appreciation for their actors. "Demi has been really stressed out about her new show, Sonny with a Chance," a source tells Star. "She's not getting enough downtime because there is so much work involved, and she's always being pulled in different directions."
okay, i am someone who actually dealt with self mutilation from ages 12-19. i am 22 now. clearly 10 years ago, no disney stars or anyone was doing this shit so i didn't get the idea from someone thinking "this is so cool and i'm gonna get attention, ya! wait im supposed to be depressed..." i had problems, clinical depression, etc., and thats how i dealt with it. unfortunately, even after being hospitalized, i still did. i do not know; however, i can not let this post go without a comment. THOSE ARE NOT CUTTING SCARS! not real anyways. those look like fucking cat scratches. like she took a tiny pin and went once down her wrist. thats pathetic. a girl i was hospitalized with had GASHES, huge huge cuts, all over her body. most of them were stitched up when it happened. she almost died from one because it was so deep. thats what self mutilation is, this is a disney start crying for more attention. lame.
I was a cutter too. I hated 4th period Science class, so I would sneak out early and take a long lunch.
Those don't look like cutmarks on her wrist. It just looks like she like to wear something that irriates that area.
Or has a nervous habit of scratching constantly there.

Well if she IS a cutter - she's the lamest cutter on the planet. WTF? I've had worse scratches from my cats.
On the plus side, cutters ALWAYS take it up the ass. I used to know a cutter who was a doctor's daughter (like 24) and she had scars all up on her arms. Fucked her for awhile and she always spread those cheeks for me! I only got freaked when she started talking about her dad WHILE we were fucking. @_*

She is not a CUTTER!!!!!!!! This girl has nothing to cut herself about. She has a wonderful mom and a cool stepdad and two wonderful sisters. Madison looks up to her so she would never do that, she wouldn't want Madison to do that. I should know because she is in my family. Her mom and I are cousins. SHE IS NO CUTTER!

Poor demi. If she is cutting i feel for her deepley, she obviously has some serious issues that need to be sorted out. I hope she isnt but if she is she needs people to be supportive and not call her for it :/
