Weigh problems often have nothing to do with self-control or a lack thereof. In fact, many are genetic. More commonly, people don't actually have weight problems at all, but are victimized by the unhealthy depiction of women in the media. And seriously, she's not fat at all. She looks like a healthy sized human being.

Hopefully by "often" you mean rarely and by "many" you mean few. As you like to use the genetics arguement, what about all the slim healthy people in Europe and Canada?
