While in the country for his much-hyped 50 show tour, Michael Jackson wants to turn the house he's renting in Kent, England into the UK version of Neverland Ranch (he lost the original Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara earlier this year to creditors). Sweet. I've always said the only thing the UK is missing to make it a top-notch family vacation destination is another place where kids can go to to lose their innocence. From The Sun:

Jacko has told firm AEG he wants a bowling alley built in the historic Foxbury Manor in Chislehurst, Kent, and a fully-functioning funfair installed in the grounds. The 50-year-old is renting the £15million country estate for the duration of his shows at the O2. The run kicks off on July 13, by which time all the modifications will have taken place.

A source told me: "Michael is quite particular. He’s missed living in Neverland since debts forced him to get rid of it four years ago. He thinks he can recreate a bit of its magic in Kent and concert bosses are happy to indulge him. He loves bowling, so has insisted an alley be created and he’s never lost his love of funfairs, so has demanded one be built in the grounds."

If Michael wants to "recreate a bit of the magic" he used to have at his Neverland Ranch, he doesn't need "funfairs" and bowling alleys. He needs Jesus Juice and irresponsible parents. Besides, if Michael thinks that hanging out with bratty, bickering little children will make him happy, he shouldn't build a theme park in England. He should run for the U.S Senate.
