Firstly: MJ has never been convicted for the alleged accusation of "child abuse" despite the best efforts of the prosecutors, evidence and witnesses. That is against SEVEN charges. One may easliy argue a few exceptions where the legal system failed (like possibly in the OJ trail), however, by far the majority of cases the judicial system works. The fairness of this system is the foundation of your rights and freedoms in the US.

Secondly: Historically, accusations of child abuse or molestations are in many cases ambigious and questionable, ESPECIALLY when it involves fame and large sums of money.

So, think carefully before you write or speak.

If you are, then you should've shared your "priviliged information" with the prosecutors trying to make "7 counts of child abuse" stick in a case involving several "witnesses, researchers, experts, and a host of invesigators".

Some of choose to BELIeve that he wasn't innocent and choose to attach some importance of the allegations (and subsequent court fallout) on his legacy (or lack thereof). But, from your rebuttals, it clearly looks like you are defending his character.
