According to Pacific Coast News, that's Lindsay Lohan "looking very tired" after she left Cecconi's restaurant earlier this morning at 1 AM. Oh, is that what we're calling it now, "tired"? Because she looks drunk as fuck to me. The only thing tired on Lindsay is her elbow. "Handjob Elbow" I believe doctors call it. No beating dudes off in random public bathrooms for two weeks.
