Katy Perry looks dumb

Katy Perry took the "Costume" in last night's "Costume Institute Gala" a bit too literal and dressed up like Betty Rubble. Or maybe it was just an accident -- maybe she's just an idiot. Considering the look she has on her face ("I just sniffed lead-based paint for 14 straight hours and now lack even basic reasoning abilities"), guess which one I'm leaning towards?
