Haylie Duff debuted her fancy new nose and chin yesterday in L.A. According to Star, the work probably set her back $20k. But really, in true economic terms, it cost her $70k. You have to factor in the $50k that she'll no longer be making working for the DEA, sniffing out drugs at the airport.
