Paris Hilton arriving to a party in Amsterdam (4/14)

Remember last year when Paris Hilton was promoting that stupid champagne-in-a-can "Rich Prosecco." Described by some as "sparkling, fruity, and fresh" and by others as "failing to meet sales targets" and "languishing in warehouses across the world," the product is a dismal failure. And according to me, it's entirely Paris' fault. From The Sun:
Paris Hilton may have upped her asking price when she posed naked in gold body paint, but the same can’t be said for the drink she was advertising at the time. Rich Prosecco - sparkling wine in a can - is failing to meet sales targets, with batches of the stuff languishing in warehouses across the world.

Added to that, the company also faces a legal showdown with Italian vintners over the use of the name ‘Prosecco’. However Austrian owner Guenther Aloys refuses to blame Paris’ endorsement of the drink for its poor performance in the marketplace. He said: “She is the perfect advert for our product. We have several new campaigns that are already being planned.”
The owner of Rich Prosecco must be out of his mind. Either that or the reason he can say that Paris is "the perfect advert for our product" is because it causes jaundice and tastes like tuna that's been left out in the Sun for a week. At this point, there's only one way Guenther's ever going to be able to save his company: By paying Paris not only to stop promoting his drink, but to start promoting his competitor's.

not that i would drink it anyways but i've never even heard of it so that says they didn't advertise very well. her audience are ditsy girls and horny 15 year old boys. i would have put ads on tmz or other girly blogs and also gaming sites. but their major fault is their perspective of the worlds opinion thinking putting paris on a can would sell drinks. i guess they live in a little element inside their brain like paris who thinks everyone loves them. ie Narcissism
