Britney's Canadian fans are pissed

It took a little over one month into Britney's tour -- not the one hour that I had predicted -- until fans are finally starting to demand their money back. A website refundfrombritney.com has been set up for fans who attended Britney's bizarre show in Vancouver on April 8 (the show was delayed for a half hour because of "smoky conditions" near the stage). The Vancouver Province says:

Angry fans, many of whom paid huge sums for their tickets and incurred travel expenses to get there, say that most of the smoke and fog came from the smoke and fog machines on stage, not from fans. They point out that Spears is allegedly a smoker herself, and that poor ventilation — the official explanation offered on the singer's website post-concert — was neither an adequate reason to stop, nor was it likely, given the relative newness of the venue.

"In exchange for fans' commitment in supporting Britney's comeback, supporters did not receive the value for their investment," said a press release.

Obviously these fans didn't read the back of their tickets. They have no chance at getting their money back:

"By entering the premises, you agree to waive your right to sue and/or seek reimbursement from Britney Spears Circus Tour LLP for any mental anguish or embarassment that may occur due to any of the following events: Delay, Cancellation, Audio mishap (including hearing Britney's real voice), Britney stealing your cotton candy, Britney stealing your popcorn, Any appearance from one of Britney's alter egos, Britney having a mental breakdown on stage, Britney inviting you on stage to 'stick it in momma's cooter,' Britney throwing poop at you like a monkey, Britney stripping naked and running around the stadium yelling 'I am the hamburger queen,' Britney attempting to eat your head because it 'looks like sausage,' and finally, Britney lighting one of her backup dancers on fire."
