Chris Brown charged with two felonies
The L.A. County District Attorney just charged Chris Brown with two felonies: assault and making criminal threats. He's being arraigned at 3:30 today. The singer faces a maximum of four years and eight months in prison, which seems an appropriate punishment for beating up your girlfriend. If the celebrity justice system runs as smoothly as it normally does in L.A., expect the charges to eventually be reduced to misdemeanor jaywalking with the maximum punishment being a week's grounding with no television.
