Arrest warrant issued for Lindsay Lohan

It was just your typical quiet weekend for Lindsay Lohan: Breakfast in Beverly Hills on Saturday, a warrant issued for her arrest later in the morning, a romantic lunch with Samantha Ronson in the afternoon, and finally a huge fight later that day that resulted in a broken window and the police being called (that's police leaving Sam's house above; Lindsay reportedly refused to open the door). You know -- *yawn* -- Regarding the warrant, People says:

Lindsay Lohan's attorney says an arrest warrant issued for the actress Friday and stemming from a 2007 DUI conviction was "born out of a misunderstanding."

"Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the court," her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said in a statement Saturday, referring to Lohan's 2007 conviction for driving under the influence. "The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week." (Source)

Lindsay told fat blogger Mario Lavandeira:

"This warrant for my arrest is completely fabricated and its a horrendous lie. This will make me loose every single deal that I have right now. Its horrible." (Source)

You heard Lindsay and her attorney. This whole thing is a misunderstanding. Lindsay's complying with all the terms of her probation. She's taking alcohol education classes, she's drinking water at clubs, she's doing great. This warrant was definitely not issued because Lindsay is reverting back to her old habits of drinking and drugs -- so don't believe that for a second. Like there's no chance that in approximately ten minutes I'll be posting photos of Lindsay leaving Jack Nicholson's house early Saturday morning wasted out of her mind. No chance whatsoever. Nope.
