Attempted murder?

Chris Brown is so fucked

In the latest "Chris Brown is so fucked" news, it'll never happen but he could actually be charged with attempted murder. From E!:
At the request of the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, the R&B star is being investigated for a variety of felonies, including domestic violence, assault resulting in great bodily injury and—based on specific allegations made by Rihanna—even attempted murder, a source close to the L.A. Police Department's investigation tells E! News.

But as they build their case, the source says, prosecutors fear that making any serious felony charges stick could prove difficult in a case where there are no direct witnesses other than Rihanna and Brown. (Source)
No direct witnesses? Who cares. Have the prosecutors seen the post-assault pic of Rihanna? Not only did Chris attempt to murder her, but it looks like he was personally trying to get her a part as Sloth in The Goonies sequel. Unfortunately for Chris, the reality is that there probably aren't too many lawyers in Hollywood that would be willing to take his case at this point. Of course there is one, but he's currently busy . . . burning in hell.*

    It must of been someone really uneducated that wrote the comment about Johnnie Cochran, he was a fantastic lawyer. Why doesn't anyone mention the lawyers that let the Dupont get away with murder? or the lawyer that represented Sunny von bulow's husband? What about Maddof's lawyer? My point is that no one says anything about lawyers that let the rich off the hook on a daily basis, but people find it easy to criticize Johnnie Cochran for proving that his client did not get due process and that is the reality.

    Johnny Cochran was a great lawyer. The O.J. trial was completely fucked up by Marcia Clark, Chris Darden, and Judge Ito. Cochran just did his job --- very well as it turned out. It wasn't Cochran's job to convict O.J., it was his job to defend him.
