If this is anything like the DC101 Chili Cookoff - and from its website, it certainly appears to be - it's a huge, annual event that's run by a large, regional radio station, sponsored by numerous local and national businesses, and charges a rather significant price for admission. It's not a farmer's market.

The Chili cookup is NOT a small time stage. There isn't even chili there AT ALL. It's just an all day concert. There is the line up that Jessica was a part of this year....Alan Jackson, Jason Aldean, Little Big Town, Justin Moore.
