Hugh Jackman has a nice house
Hugh Jackman's 3 story, 11,000 square foot triplex in Manhattan's West Village. The actor purchased the home for $21 million back in October.
NOTE: “. . . is better than you” is a Friday feature showcasing multi-million dollar celebrity homes in the hopes of generating feelings of jealousy, hatred, and animosity towards said celebrity. When you get down to the entertainment-dollar-spending core of it, you helped buy that home. Sucker!

All white and Pergo and looks like a modern art museum that is awaiting the installation of the art work. What an ugly and unappealing design. If I owned it the 1st thing I would do is hire some painters to get some color in there.
There isn't one single thing about that building resembling a home.
It resembles the typical action movie home where hostages are taken and where the building goes up in flames or an explosion at the end of the movie...die hard style
Problem with all these houses is, you never see what they actually look like when lived in.
Hugh has been in only a few big movies, but i wouldn't expect him to be able to drop this much on a house? Especially one that isn't a primary residence.
Wolverine must really have paid off well for him. Good on him. It doesn't seem that long ago I saw him as Gaston in the Melbourne production of Disneys The Beauty & the Beast.
ï LOVE the house, àn Uber Yuppy gem. Love the new design on this site too.
I hope this mansion is fitted with solar energy, 'cause as we all know, Manhatthan is very cold during winter times, and THAT is a lot of space and a lot on your energy bill. It is true that rich people who have bigger houses and more houses pollute the air much more than us regular Joes, I reckon they should be taxed more on that alone. Anyhoo, Jack, you have a nice home, I am very happy for you.
It don't looks like a home. Cold and empty space.
Homey it ain't, but compared to some we've seen here (such as America Ferrera's dump last week), at least it really IS impressive.
Booring. Looks like a hospital. Or an office without employees. The only thing I liked are stairs. That´s it. There is no spirit, cosiness, nor idiosyncrasi.
I´m disapointted....
Wasn`t that place a drug dealers house in Miami Vice back in 80`s ? Oh, this is in Manhattan... But still it looks and feels the same !
it sucks, I would only do some a party at that place. Nothing reminds home..
Where are the colors? Was it too expensive to hire some painters?
Lukcy guy - what fantastic views. I'm sure he has made it more homely for the kids. Good on you Hugh!
