Britney Spears leaving a studio in Hollywood (1/4)

Britney Spears' dad Jamie is derailing her upcoming concert tour because of his controlling nature. Fed up with his rules, curfews, and drug tests, Britney's concert director and lead dance choreographer have already quit. From the National Enquirer:

"Jamie Spears is getting a reputation as a stage dad," revealed a source. "It's embarrassing for Britney."

Jamie — as Britney's court-appointed conservator — makes all decisions regarding her finances and professional life. Wade and Andre were not the only people involved with the tour to quit — some dancers bolted as well, says the source. (Source)

It's a shame Jamie's becoming a stage dad. Even more of a shame: he hasn't followed in the footsteps of another stage dad.* Although Jamie forced out Britney's director and choreographer, she's probably the most pissed off about those backup dancers that quit. Losing them really affects the quality of her shows . . . and her chances of getting laid again.
