Mindy McCready tried to off herself
Former country singer Mindy McCready was hospitalized earlier this morning after a suicide attempt in Nashville. Apparently McCready tried to slit her wrists. A Nashville Police Department spokeswoman told the New York Daily News:
"We responded to a '10-63,' that's a suicidal person call. Mindy McCready was at the house. Apparently she called the mother of her roommate and said some things that caused the mother concern. She called authorities. We responded with paramedics, who took her to a local hospital." (Source)
On the bright side for Mindy, she's now the front-runner to be the resident "crazy bitch" on American Idol whenever Paula Abdul is fired.

As for the story with Mindy, I met her years ago. She was really nice. Thats when she had her first hit song. To bad she has got so messed up
McCready obviously did this to illicit a "reaction" from the MARRIED Roger Clemens.
Simple as that. That's why she contacted her assistant, in order to be discovered. McCready wants Clemens to "run to her side" and leave his wife of course, or tick his wife off if he reacts to this obvious "rouse". If Roger Clemens goes to her because of this stunt...it will cause fights, tension and resentments between him and his wife...and McCready knows this.
She couldn't get him to leave his wife, so she has started these emotional guilt games with Clemens. He's in for a ride if he reacts even a little to this stunt.
It's a game of manipulation.
