DJ AM (aka Adam Goldstein) filed a lawsuit yesterday against the estates of the two pilots involved in the September plane crash that killed four and left him and friend Travis Barker with severe burns. Goldstein has also named Clay Lacy Aviation, Global Exec Aviation, Inter Travel & Services Inc, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co, and Learjet, in the lawsuit. From TMZ:
In the lawsuit filed this afternoon in L.A. County Superior Court, Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM, claims as the jet reached takeoff speed the pilots became aware one or more of the tires had blown. The suit contends, "Rather than proceed to takeoff, they decided to abort and/or reject the takeoff in a negligent manner."

DJ AM is suing for pain and suffering, lost earnings, property damage, past and future medical and health-related expenses, and punitive damages. (Source)
So AM is pissed that the pilots didn't take off?! Call me crazy, but if I'm taking off in a plane and one of its tires blows out, I want to get off that motherfucking plane as soon as possible. Taking off would be the last thing on my mind. I guess AM and I just see things differently. For example, if I had a huge zit on my nose, I would definitely pop it.
