A judge yesterday awarded Britney Spears' dad Jamie an extra $51k for running her estate during the year. Jamie had been earning $10k a month as conservator but L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz felt he was worth an extra $6k a month -- which combined is roughly $16k more a month than what a normal dad gets for being a dad. From the Associated Press:

A court has put a higher value on being Britney Spears' father this year: about $75 an hour.
For helping his daughter through her turbulent period, Jamie Spears on Monday was awarded an additional $51,000 payout, reflecting an increase in his monthly payments since he took over his 27-year-old daughter's affairs in February.
He was also granted an additional $1,200 monthly payment so he can maintain and office, which Goetz said was justified by his work getting his daughter's personal life — and music career — back on track. (Source)

of her father, by the new year she'd be working the graveyard shift at
the Hot Dog Hut and I'd be sipping daiquiris on the beach in Tahiti with underwear
