Overall, I'm with WTF. Of course $150,000 is too low for a house in the Hollywood Hills, but this still is not a house for inspiring jealousy, etc.. It's kind of an ugly stucco box, with cheap looking windows, surrounded as much by exposed dirt as landscaping.
If America has the money to spend on a house that she wants then let her. Don't get all jealous that she has that kind of money and we don't.
