Paris "I've definitley had plastic surgery before" Hilton claims in an interview with The Daily Beast that she's never had plastic surgery before:
"I love being all-natural. They make themselves look older. A lot of girls who are 21, they have a lot of work done and they look 40. It ages you. And you're going to have to maintain it. By the time you're 30, you're going to look like you're 50. By the time you're 50, your face is going to fall off." (Source)

According to a Beverly Hills source, Hilton stopped by a plastic surgeon's office with sis ter Nicky earlier this week, seeking to "fix her drooping left eyelid." Our insider says Paris had hush- hush surgery six years ago to lift her lids. The muscles of her left eye were supposedly damaged as a result, "causing it to droop more than the right" - a look that was once parodied on "South Park." (Source)
Paris, do me a favor and shut your pie hole. You look 45, grandma. Can someone in her circle of hanger-ons tell her that we have the Internet now? And the Internet pulled the curtain back quite a bit on attention whores like Paris. People like her can't get away with saying they're "all natural," especially when you can easily Google "Paris Hilton Surgery" and get thousands of hits regarding her stray eyeball or that nose of hers. What's next? Maybe she'll go on Larry King and tell us she's never used drugs . . . oh, wait. Oops.

Perhaps the wonk eye is more properly termed the "wank" eye. Follow me here... If only 75% of the men, women, children, goats, anteaters, etc. of the 18,000 that she's slept with are right handed, then when they were finishing on her face.... maybe its just heavy.

Her eyes aren't even natural. She wears blue contacts, her eyes are brown naturally.
I think her lazy eye is a result of her fake blue contacts. Maybe it was a result of irritation or infection.
Looks like she also uses color contacts.
