Paris Hilton actually thinks her tongue-in-cheek (or more appropriately for Paris: "tongue-on-cock") campaign for President is the reason voter turnout is expected to reach record numbers today. I think I speak for everyone here in saying, what a dumb bitch. Paris told E! yesterday:
