If you're gonna wear an uber short and tight skirt, ya gotta take care of the legs and feet 'cause all eyes are gonna be on that area. The legs need stockings (too white) and the blue booties look like crap. Or go with the classic knee high hooker boots. She might be able to pull those blue booties off with jeans, but not with that skirt. Trying hard and failing is worse than not trying at all.
