This is practically modest in Hollywood terms.
When you're a secure man you don't need to get caught up in all the trappings of what Hollywood thinks you should have. Tom and his wife Jillie are very involved with their daughter, Hannah, who is very involved in showing horses. They also own an avocado farm and Tom has hopes of building it into a commercial venture.
You are showing the wrong house. Tom Selleck's house is a 60 acre ranch which is across the street from the one you are showing. There is private helipad, swimming pool, tennis court, and horse stables on the grounds.
Tom has worked very hard for what he has.His home is beautiful.I have enjoyed his TV and movies.I just love him as a cowboy in westerns he looks great on a horse.Hope to see him more in any movie.He is a great guy.We need more like him.
