Hayden Panettiere was caught with half her fly down last Friday night as she was leaving Les Deux nightclub in Hollywood. Hmmmm, Les Deux's 21+ and Hayden's only 19, right? Weird. She probably stumbled in through the back door and into a private VIP area away from cameras on accident. It happens.

Stupid law. You should be free to visit clubs and bars at age 16. Many countries allow that.
