she should:
1. wear a helmet
2. wear protective hand and knee gear
3. wear proper shoes

Down here in Australia, where she comes from (even tho she was born in the UK) but fortunately left, she is regarded as utterly devoid of talent and appeal. She won some now forgotten "talent" show and has since reached the heights of obscurity. So off to LA to fail in an attempt to get a career going. Contriving a photo shoot riding a bike will really help. Pity about her unattractive face and vacant stare.

Flabby tummy and this girl has the worst butt I've ever seen flat and caved into her legs..She is not hot..
