Lindsay Lohan hates Sarah Palin
Lindsay Lohan went on a rant on her MySpace blog yesterday against VP-hopeful Sarah Palin. At least I think it was Lindsay. It might have been a seven-year-old. Really all that's missing is her calling Sarah a "poopie head." Lindsay wrote:
I really cannot bite my tongue anymore when it comes to Sarah Palin.I couldn't be more supportive of a woman in office, but let's face it, it comes down to the person, and their beliefs, male or female.
Is it a sin to be gay? Should it be a sin to be straight? Or to use birth control? Or to have sex before marriage? Or even to have a child out of wedlock?
I find it quite interesting that a woman who now is running to be second in command of the United States, only 4 years ago had aspirations to be a television anchor. Which is probably all she is qualified to be... Also interesting that she got her passport in 2006.. And that she is not fond of environmental protection considering she's FOR drilling for oil in some of our protected land.... Well hey, if she wants to drill for oil, she should DO IT IN HER OWN backyard.

Are you seriously ripping on her for what she happens to post on her Myspace page? I'm no fan of Lindsey Lohan, but even so, she has a right to express her opinion, and Myspace does seem the place to do it, these days.
Furthermore, it is more than a little disturbing to see people responding to such comments with attacks on the person who said them. I particularly enjoyed the reference to Hollywood as Sodom and Gommorrah, but there were other gems in the commentary as well. "Two alcoholic jobless lesbian junkies...," for example, is a real example of some classy writing, though it's probably outdone by "coke-head firecrotch critiques."
Again, while I have no love for Lindsey Lohan and do not necessarily agree with her, attacking her in this way when all she did was voice her political opinion reflects far more poorly on you than it does on her.
Well done, America. Well done.
