Don LaFontaine dead at age 68
Don LaFontaine died yesterday afternoon at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Who is Don LaFontaine you ask? He was the voice. Of everything. According to the AP, LaFontaine and his trademark "In a world . . ." line can be heard in roughly 5,000 movie trailers . . . which is roughly 5,000 more than Gilbert Gottfried.
Great great voice. Will be missed.
