DMX cusses at judge

DMX and his lawyer appeared at a bond hearing in a Miami courtroom yesterday. After the judge denied his request for bond, DMX naturally cussed at him. Naturally. From CBS4 in Miami:

"Oh that just ingratiated you to me. I've never heard the "f' word before so it's okay," was the response from Judge Schwartz.

DMX, 37, was arrested and jailed in Miami on August 14th on a warrant for failing to appear in an Arizona court on drug charges. He was taken into custody outside a Wal-Mart store in North Miami Beach. He faces four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of marijuana. (Source)

The most shocking thing about this story: that DMX was arrested outside a Wal-Mart. No self-respecting rapper would be caught dead outside one of those stores . . . especially since they're usually caught dead outside casinos in Vegas. Perhaps we shouldn't be surprised that DMX shops at the "Always Low Prices, Always" store. The guy can't pay his bills.

NOTE: Things are actually looking up for DMX. Just one more stamp on his frequent arrest card and his next bond is free!
