In their latest issue, Us Weekly asks the question on the minds of many imprisoned pedophiles and child rapists: Is it finally acceptable to talk about a 14-year-old girl's breasts? The answer? A resounding 'yes':

All i am trying to say is, is that, i was raised with a wonderful family surrounding me, of course we have our ups and downs, but all in all my mother taught us to appreciate what we have been given. Nor would she ever encourage, or allow a 14 year old child to alter her body. (Source)
Ha ha ha, that's a good one Lindsay. You almost had me convinced that Dina's a responsible mother and not a leech that sacrificed both of her daughter's childhoods to the Hollywood machine, all in some misguided attempt to boost her own sense of self-importance. Did you know that when Ali was just 4, Dina taught her to stand with her head perfectly still so "Mommy has a place to put her margarita"? True story.

"Ali Lohan got implants?" NO!! She got older you perv. Last time we saw her was during the early stages of development, there is a maturing growth phase in teen female development where baby fat starts leaving the face, the body begins to fill out, (some more than others) and a girl starts to fully resemble her adult self. Ali is simply in that phase of development for a child. (Notice I used the word child, so put those penises away sickos.) Same thing just happened to a girl in my building, she's turning 15 soon but in the last 8 months she went from looking like a little girl to looking like a 2nd year college student. She's got to be at least a C cup (not that I've paid any attention) and she has not had any surgery. they just sort of sprung up over about 3-4 months. Hell I've lost 25lbs in the last month, it's not hard to believe a girl can develop breasts in a year or less.
People accused Lindsay of getting implants, even with Dina's triple D's. it can run in the family you know.
Now this shit should be settled, because I had to go all 6th grade health class on your asses.

Well, she already had collagen (anyone who doesnt have a cupids bow on their lips, be it hardly noticable or very obvious, had collagen injections.
I wouldnt be surprised if she got her breasts done at 14. After all Lindsay had her first boob job when she was about 17 too. (Just check awfulplasticsurgery)
