When Cynthia Rodriguez learned that her husband Alex was having an affair with Madonna, she ran up a $100k bill on his credit card. From the New York Daily News:
Alex Rodriguez's bitter divorce took an ugly turn on Monday night when Team A-Rod accused his estranged wife of going on a spiteful spending spree in Paris last weekend. Spurned spouse Cynthia Rodriguez used the Yankee slugger's credit card to the tune of $100,000 to punish him for a dalliance with Madonna that both he and the Material Girl deny, an A-Rod pal said."She's been spending wildly," the friend said. "She spent close to $100,000 on her jaunt to Paris."
Cynthia flew the godparents of her daughters, Dodd and Sabina Romero, and their older daughter, first-class to the City of Light, the friend said.

Considering the fact that A-Rod makes more than $27 million a year, this story sounds completely petty . . . as in these two probably keep $100,000 lying around in petty cash. There are two reasons why A-Rod getting upset over $100k infuriates me: 1) The guy probably heats his fireplace, lights his cigar, and wipes his ass with hundred dollar bills. 2) Hundred dollar bills aren't even two-ply!

Puhlease, the source for this bit of news was ARods buddies. Of course they are going to talk crap about her. ARod needs to smear her as much as he can to shift public favor back his way (just a tiny bit). This is a blatant attempt to take a jab at the victim in this situation. He needs to stfu and go back to the dugout.

Wait a minute...She got to Paris Tuesday Night...She flew her people during the weekend...From Tuesday Night to Friday Night..where was she?? what was she doing?? do you know?? wait a minute...I DO...she was staying at Lenny Kravitz house...WHAT WAS SHE DOING THERE??
