Tatum O'Neal leaving a New York court yesterday
Following her arrest yesterday for buying crack cocaine, Tatum O'Neal is in full spin control mode today. She explains to Us Weekly that it was her beloved dog's recent death that made her -- MADE HER -- buy crack:
"There's no excuse for what I did."
*Note how O'Neal immediately makes an excuse for what she did.
"I lost my Scottish terrier, Lena [three weeks ago]. That seemed to set me off. She got old. She got cancer. She was the fabric of our family. We had to let her go to heaven. My daughter and I had to put her down. It was too horrible for words. I couldn't get out of it. I was going to my psychiatrist. I was doing everything I could do. I have the disease of alcoholism. It's lifelong. I treat it every day by going to my 12-step program." (Source)
y dog died last year and guess what I didn't do? Smoke crack. But does that make me a better person than Tatum O'Neal, a person whose severe drug addiction makes the mere act of living day to day a struggle? Actually yes, yes it does.
Being a DRUNK IS NOT A DISEASE. Cancer is a disease. AIDS is a disease. Being borned into the Hogan family is a disease. I'm sick and tired of these assholes making excuses for being a loser and not being able to control their rum/smack habit. My dead dog made me do it? Get the fuck out of here with that bullshit

If my dog died, I would go to the local shelter and get another one, not walk to the local dealer and order me up some crack. I guess that's why I'm not on Rescue Me and a millionaire, ok thousandaire, ok hundredaire.

Sorry for the misspelling, I am an idiot and should have hit F7 before I submitted. But aside from being a dunce, I stand by my earlier post. This chick should be in jail. Had this been a regular person like us, no way in hell we would have been able to walk out the jail WITHOUT bail less than 24 hrs later. That's some bullshit right there. And yes, Nick Hogan is a spoil prick.
