Amy Winehouse punches fan at concert
Amy Winehouse performed her first full UK show in seven months at London's Glastonbury Festival Saturday night and by all accounts it went well . . . if you consider punching a fan "well." Oh yeah, she also spit her gum out at the crowd. CNN says:
Amy Winehouse's first full UK show in seven months has been overshadowed by an incident in which she appeared to throw a punch at a fan in the front row.The incident occurred during the troubled singer's performance Saturday at the Glastonbury Festival in front of around 80,000 people. Stepping down into the pit between the outdoor stage and the audience during a rendition of "Rehab," Winehouse seemed to lash out at a member of the crowd before being gently escorted back to the stage by security staff.

Amy freaked out because someone grabbed her breasts? I doubt it. Those things are harder to find these days than Osama bin Laden.* At least we know Amy didn't get angry because her blood sugar was low. Judging from her teeth, the bitch looks like she adds sugar to her soda. The guy that got hit should consider himself lucky that all Amy did was throw a punch. She could have tried something a lot more dangerous to his health -- like fuck him.

Wow, I thought we were gonna make it through the entire month of June without a "Will Smith is a Scientologist" story. From Life & Style magazine (via Pop Crunch):
Life & Style spies claim Will was chatting up the unorthodox religion to anyone who would listen on the set of his new film, Hancock, opening July 4th."He gave out Scientology-like pamphlets at the end of the shoot," says biographer Andrew Morton, who published an unauthorized biography on Kooky Cruise last Winter.
"It's also been said that he and Jada are homeschooling their children in Scientology methods," Morton insists.
Will and Jada are also rumored to be financing the New Village Academy, a Scientology-associated school to open in Calabasas, California this Fall.
orton explains: "So between that, the pamphlets, the school in Calabasas, and his close friendship with Tom, it seems all the evidence leads one to conclude that he is a part of this organization."
Will Smith's association with Scientology should really help box office sales. Lord/Xenu knows it's helped Tom Cruise's last few films. Perhaps it's because this country still suffers from deep-seated intolerance that these days being associated with Scientology is worse for a actor's career than being associated with drugs (Robert Downey Jr.), sexual deviancy (R. Kelly) or murder (Rebecca Gayheart). Or maybe it's just because most* of us are sick of having celebrities cram their DICTUMS down our throats.

There's been talk over the last few months that Madonna and Guy Ritchie's seven-year marriage was falling apart and the two were on the verge of a split. A source revealed to UK tabloid the Daily Mirror that the rumors aren't rumor: the two are definitley divorcing:
Madonna told Guy Ritchie she wants a divorce after the couple agreed they had fallen out of love. They admitted to each other that their seven-year marriage was doomed because they had simply drifted apart.A friend said last night: "They were both very calm. Madonna told Guy: 'I'm sorry, I want a divorce'. And he agreed. It was quite painless but very sad. [Guy's] a bit down in the dumps, and who can blame him. He's off to the country to get a bit of peace and quiet."
Both parties have now talked to divorce lawyers to ensure that the break-up is orderly and as amicable as possible. Without a pre-nuptial agreement, Guy could be looking at up to £50million of Madge's £300million fortune. (Source)
The most heartbreaking aspect of this whole divorce is that their son Rocco will now be forced to grow up in a broken home. I guess he better get used to asking one important question over and over and over and over again: "Excuse me mister, are you my new daddy?"
