Britney Spears and Sam Lutfi leaving the Four Seasons on November 14

Remember last year when Britney Spears drove over someone's foot three times in less than a month. The last incident occurred on November 14 in the driveway of the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. To make a long story short: Britney + too many paparazzi = foot run over. Luckily for Britney, she's not being charged for the incident because she probably didn't remember what happened. Us Weekly says:

The police determined that the singer was not aware of the November 14, 2007 incident, when she was driving in front of the Four Seasons Hotel in L.A. A video of Spears driving slowly as a photographer cried out about his foot was widely circulated online at the time.

"The pictures and videos do not show the victim's foot being hit," the police report says, "[Spears] made a statement to the police indicating she had no recollection of the event and that she was not aware at the time that her car had come in contact with any one." (Source)

Considering how much prescription medication/drugs/chocolate Britney was on at the time, is anyone surprised "she had no recollection of the event"? Britney probably doesn't remember getting married, having kids, or her 20s let alone running over some scumbag paparazzo's foot. Expecting Britney to recall what happened that day is about as unlikely as expecting Kendra Wilkinson to remember the alphabet, addition, or what non-wrinkled balls taste like.
