Warrant issued for Shia LeBeouf's arrest
An arrest warrant has been issued for Shia LeBeouf after he failed to show up in court this morning to answer charges of "unlawful smoking". Back on February 18, the actor was ticketed after cops caught him lighting up on the sidewalk outside a Burbank gift shop. "Outside" as in "not inside". He was ticketed for smoking outside. Now I don't smoke but, uhhh, hasn't this gotten a little ridiculous? First smoking's banned everywhere and then what? Cockfighting? YOU KEEP YOUR GOVERNMENTAL HANDS OFF MY BELOVED COCKFIGHTING! It's a slippery slope man.

If you had relatives that have been affected by smoking you wouldn't think it was so innocent.
you know what I smoke, and all of this trying to get people to stop smoking things is dumb and if everyone stopped smoking most states would lose lots of tax dollars. so let us smoke cause "it's my air too"

Well i get breathing problems when people smoke around somehow the second hand smoke(or first hand I've never smoked so i wouldn't know) makes me not able to breath, and if i don't get away pretty quickly i will need to go to the E.R because i will turn a nice shade of blue!
Now if you want to smoke, do. it's your life you can kill herself if you want to. But don't try to take others with you.
