Bai Ling's legal troubles are over. Last month the actress was arrested at LAX for stealing two Star magazines and a pack of batteries. This week Ling agreed to plead guilty to disturbing the peace and pay a fine and penalties totaling $700 . . . plead "guilty" as in she was "guilty" . . . but don't tell her that, that'll just confuse her. She wrote on her blog:
