As a result of missing yesterday's hearing (full story here), Britney Spears' visitation rights have been suspended indefinitely. Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told reporters yesterday:
"The word victory is not something that Mr. Federline or his counsel would ascribe to the results of the court. There is no joyous feeling. This is a grave situation for everybody. And while we believe Mr. Federline is pleased that the court did make an order that we feel is an appropriate, there is no joy in it for him." (Source)
The next custody hearing is set for February 19. Not that it matters--they could hold it in Britney's bedroom and she wouldn't show up. "I swear Is on my way to the hearin' but I done got distracted 'gain by that fridgerator fulla goodies!"
Childhood sucks sometimes. Can't be snarky about these two. I wish them well.

I think that she's not fighting for the kids because it reminds her of her failed marriage to Kevin. I think Federline wants her to get custody back more than she does. How sad is that?
Britney doesn't want custody because she hates Kevin and how the realtionship ended. She is jsut a mess because Kevin was not faithful to her. She figures wll I;m rich, famous, and Britne Bitch, why would not one wnat to be with me. HMMM It's happens to the best of us Britney!
Those kids are sooo cute! Britney should not get them back until she goes through long term, successful therapy. Not that Kevin should have them either. Poor babies.
