Britney Spears parks in two handicapped spots
Looks like Britney Spears' new [mentally] handicapped placards came in the mail because she parked in two handicapped spots yesterday at Petco. It's a good thing, too, I'd hate for her to have to walk that extra ten feet from a normal parking spot. Let the elderly take those spots. Wheelchairs have wheels for a reason.
She is handicaped too.
